Peter is the Plant and Production Manager.
He recruits and trains our workers, makes sure our machinery works,
purchases our lumber and other manufacturing materials, coordinates
scheduling and runs our safety and quality assurance programs. In between 
these activities he can be found almost anywhere in the shop filling a
productive need.
